When to apply?
Prior to obtaining TOP/CSC from Building and Construction Authority (BCA), the applicant is sometimes required to get clearance on the as-built height from CAAS. The need to consult CAAS is being made known during the planning / development consultation stage.

How to apply?
The applicants should submit their applications on-line using the Application for TOP/CSC form. Applicants are to attach the surveyed as-built height drawings in either gif or jpg format. Applicants will be informed of the status of their application via an e-mail prompt.
