The application form for balloon release in Singapore should be duly completed and submitted to the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore at least 7 working days before the date of release.

A location map indicating the exact venue of balloon release should be attached with the application form.

Balloon release shall not be allowed within 5 kilometres of an airport.

The maximum number of balloons allowed to be released at any occasion is 500.
5.
The size of balloons released should not exceed 30 centimetres in any linear dimension. The balloons shall be released singly and simultaneously. No objects shall be tied or attached to the balloons.
